Cognitive Hypnotic Psychotherapy is a brief therapy that advocates the need for customizing treatments for each individual and follows a Person-centric solution focused approach. The therapy systematically works with the conscious and unconscious processes affecting a person’s physical, emotional and mental health.

During the therapy, modalities from different therapeutic approaches are applied in an integrated manner. These therapeutic approaches include:

• ~~~Concepts from other Cognitive psycho-therapeutic modalities like CBT & REBT
