As you may be aware, the Tamil Nadu Chapter of GIC Council has agreed to host the 5th edition of the annual GIC Conclave in 2015 at Chennai on April 23^rd and 24^th, 2015 . We have commenced the discussions regarding the preparations for GIC Conclave 2015. The theme for GIC Conclave 2015 is Digital Transformation- enhancing the stake holders experiences . 

The focus of the conclave is on changing paradigms of Consumer demographics because of digital evolution and how Global enterprises are leveraging the IT capacities in various geographies and are increasingly building the digital capabilities in their GICs to tackle tomorrow's challenges in the digital world to remain closer to the global client experience.

The two day conclave agenda is being curated with an aim to showcase best practices from GIC's that are already well positioned in the digital journey as well as hear from the thought leaders on how are they structuring their strategy to leverage the digital evolution to enhance the stake holders experience.

We are expecting stakeholders from other geographies attending this unique conclave and the two day program is being configured with a closed door session for the visiting global stake holders to network with the peer leaders across the globe and with select business leaders from the GICs based in India to informally interact and understand how the GICs are evolving their capabilities to provide sustained competitive advantage to the global enterprises by “Enabling Digital Transformation”.

On day 2, the conclave will be open to all the GICs to participate. Typically, the delegate profiles in the conclave are at CXO and head of the functions from Business, Delivery, IT operations, Human Resources, Strategy and Finance levels.
